You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Exception for personalized items: figurines sold with a hand-painted on demand finish are considered personalized products and may, as such, be excluded from the legal right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. Figurines sold with a raw finish remain eligible for standard withdrawal.

Notwithstanding this exception, KC CREATION accepts returns and exchanges within 45 days of receipt, for any item returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility. Customs duties and taxes that may be applied internationally are non-refundable.
