Customer: any adult natural person acting for personal, non-professional purposes.
Order: purchase made directly by the Customer on the KC CREATION website, with immediate and full payment of the Price at the time of validation.
Price: price displayed on the KC CREATION website at the time of the order, excluding delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
Product: collectible resin figurine, 3D printed and hand-finished (painted or raw depending on the Customer's choice), made from licensed 3D files from third-party creators. The Product is a piece of fan art, not affiliated with the rights holders of the original works from which it is inspired, unless an explicit official license is mentioned on the relevant product sheet. The Product is not a toy and is not intended for children under 14 years old due to the presence of small parts and fragile finishes.
Article 2 – Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to any Order placed on the kc-creation.com website, to the exclusion of all other conditions. The validation of an Order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
KC CREATION reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time; the applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the Order.
Article 3 – Order and manufacturing
Each Product being manufactured and hand-finished to order (14K textured resin printing then manual painting if applicable), the manufacturing and shipping times are as follows:
- 12 to 26 days for international delivery
- 3 to 6 days for delivery to the United States
These times run from the validation and full payment of the Order. Due to the artisanal nature of the manufacturing, these times are indicative and may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the ordered piece.
Article 4 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Legal exception — Personalized Products: in accordance with Article L221-28 15° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Figurines sold with a hand-painted finish to order may fall under this exception, as the painting is carried out specifically after validation of the Order. Figurines sold with a raw finish (not personalized) remain eligible for the classic right of withdrawal.
KC CREATION recommends consulting a legal professional for any clarification on the application of this exception to a particular case.
Commercial return policy: regardless of the legal right of withdrawal, KC CREATION accepts returns and exchanges within 45 days of receipt, for any Product returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. Customs duties and taxes potentially applied internationally are non-refundable.
To exercise this right, the Customer contacts KC CREATION by email.

Article 6 – Legal guarantee of conformity
The Customer is informed that the photographs of the Products presented on the website are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in shade, finish, or dimension (a few millimeters) may occur due to the artisanal and handmade nature of each piece, without constituting a defect of conformity.
KC CREATION is responsible for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery, in accordance with Articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code. The Customer has a period of 2 (two) years from the delivery of the Product to act under the legal guarantee of conformity.
Article 7 – Guarantee against hidden defects
